We contracted with Mutual Builders to replace our roof. We were so impressed with Kevin Cohen and his professionalism. The work was done just as promised. Kevin was so helpful to us and returned our calls quickly. He traveled many miles to estimate another job we were considering at no charge. Thanks again from a happy client!

I'm going to try to be decent here but basically here's the situation. This company and Mr. Kevin Cohen started a roofing project for us back in September on our Jeannette house. The job is not done, there has been numerous leaks since the roof was "finished," more leaks than when the old roof was on. We have video of leaks in the attic, I have photos of the current leaks all around the chimney, several other things were left undone that were supposed to and promised to have been finished months ago. Now Mr. Kevin Cohen sent us the # of one of his "employees" Mike who is supposed to finish the job but this person has yet to answer the phone. More stall tactics. I've seen one stall tactic after another from this company and I would like to see a roof that we paid for be finished and stop leaking. I have proof of everything that Mr. Cohen has said he will do and everything that he has not delivered on. Additionally, you can look up his company in the justice system and find at least 6 judgments against it from ticket scalping to people very displeased with the work. We would like this job finished. I don't understand the problem in simply finishing the work that you were PAID to do. I will gladly update the review once the work is finished but I give one star for very poor business ethics, an unfinished job and a roof that leaks more than it did when the original roofing was at the end of its lifespan.

Mutual Builders did my roof and I am happy with it. They were here for a few days and had no problems. I would recommend them.

I live in the east hills and needed a new roof after 20 years. I checked out several roofers til I came upon Mutual. They not put on a new roof, they replaced rotting boards and sealed the chimney. They know what they're doing. My garage is next.
