If I could give this company negative stars I would. I will say we are first time homeowners and just celebrated being so 2 years this month. Windows were not originally on our short list of things to do on our new home but after going to a home show we started getting calls from this company. I believe we submitted our info to try to win something. Well they said we had won $500, which is you know how much windows cost is pennies on the dollar really. Since it windows weren't on my short list we said thank you but no thanks. They kept calling though, sometimes a couple times a week. Finally we said maybe if we tell them no in person it will stop. Well a sales guy came who said he was a few weeks on the job came and of course they sold us telling our oldest daughter, 15, that her windows were filled with black mold.... So now we have our daughter freaking out thinking her new room is going to kill her. So we agree to getting about half of our windows done, the real problem ones including yes our oldest. Well after they leave I start really doing the math and can't figure out how we will be able to pay over 11,000 in 18 months. They had given us 2 financing options, the first one 18 months interest free but then would would have the deferred interest along with going to a rate of over 20%, and another one that for 18 months we would just pay the interest rate and would lock in a rate of under 6%. We had 3 days to change our minds so the next day I emailed them saying just that, we couldn't do it. So of course the calls started again. They sent 2 different sales guys out and we said we may be willing to change our minds if we could do the lower interest rate offer. So they ran our credit a second time and said that we wouldn't get our first bill till of course after the windows were installed. Well when we got that it had we owed nothing, so the second one came owing nothing. I started calling their financing company, Green Sky and kept getting the run around. Finally after a few calls over the next few weeks they said Home Solutions would have to correct it. So I started calling them with no answers or call back. Finally almost 5 months later someone, Cindy, actually gets on the phone and says she will look into it. Another month goes by I get the bill and nothing, still the same. I call Home Solutions back and they have a manager call me, Melvin, who pretty much tells me I'm out of luck they no longer finance through Green Sky and they can't do anything and that's that and starts blaming me that's it's our fault. Now I'm beyond upset and will be out thousands in interest because of their incompetent sales people and lack of customer service that it took this long for a response from both of them.

I recently got my windows replaced by Home solutions. I love the product and your team was amazing. They were very courteous, fast with the installation, and cleaned up any messes they made. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for home improvements.

The men who came to install the windows were very polite and helpful. They installed the windows quickly and every thing was cleaned up very well. I love my new windows!

The Home solution company did a fantastic job installing my 3 doors. I was highly pleased with the results especially with the sales representative presentations. The number of choices to select from we're more than adequate. The work was done professionally and performed in a timely manner. There was no problems with the clean-up or afterwards the description of what was done. I was completely satisfied with th the work & workmanship. I am both a current and satisfied employee of this company. Home Solutions took me in, trained me, and helped me grow within a field I never imagined I could be successful. Not only that, within the last year I suffered a terrible injury outside of work, which left me on crutches for six months and unable to perform normal work duties for well over that time period. Most employers would have fired someone, leaving them injured, no health insurance, and no income. This company is like a family to me and they look after the people who dedicate themselves to such a thing. Through my entire injury I have never felt more supported, and I have never received so much kindness. They even went as far as tag teaming who could help me earn a days wage even while hurt. Hard work, dedication, teamwork and encouragement are what my experiences have been here and that is a rare find in todays world. As for what they offer to the home industry...Great products that change peoples lives and help them achieve their home efficiency and security goals. All for a fair price.
