I had a written contract with them to fix a leak in the roof. They came out and said they got it all but would come back if it was still leaking. They came out again and said they for sure got it but call again if it kept occurring. It kept leaking so I called back and was told that I needed a bunch of repairs that would cost thousands. I wonder why they told me it was only a small repair just to say I need thousands of repairs after they came back twice. Why not be upfront and identity the problem instead of trying to throw some cheap caulk on the roof. Update: I called a different roofing company and they identified the problem was actually condensation under the roof and I in fact didn’t need a new roof but I only needed a few vents. The other roofing company took the time to look in my attic and on the roof and even said my roof looked in great shape. This makes me further question what roof repair experts was actually trying to sell me and if the repairs they said I needed were even needed at all.

Roof Repair Experts came to my home to fix a leak on my roof over a year ago. When I talked to John, he knew exactly what the problem was. His guys came to my house that same day. They were very efficient. I haven't had a leak on my roof since I had the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or just roof repairs.

We had a small leak in the roof, another roofer was a no-show for an appointment/estimate so I called John to check his availability. He let me know one of his crew had just finished a job nearby and were available. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and made the repairs. They said if the issue is still there next rain they will come back out to check it again. While they were on the rook they also sealed up some other potential problems, like a worn out vent pipe boot. I'll follow-up after the next rain.
