Great company with good quality workmanship. Easy to work with and no issues with the job 2 years later.

I had the roof work done by the N.E. Contractors in 2012 with the 10 year warranty. The roof leaked big time in the Spring of 2019 which ended up ruining the ceiling. The guy from the N.E. Contractors came out and spent less than 10 minutes to re-coat the small section of the roof, but he refused to fix the water damage from the roof leak. Every time I look at the water damaged ceiling, it is very upsetting. Their warranty is useless since they are refusing to fix the water damaged ceiling from the leaky, faulty roof work.

I called around for roof estimates for months. Some companies were telling me they could not fix one area of my roof. I found Northeast contractors and not only did they give me a great estimate and warranty they knew what they were doing. They told me that the area of my roof that I was worried about they would have no problem fixing. I was also concerned with getting good shingles. They carry all the high end brand shingles. I went with the GAF Timberline HD which I wanted from the start. Helen, who answers the phone at the office, takes care of everything and has helped me a lot through the whole process. She was nothing but nice to me. My roof starting leaking really bad, and when I called to tell her she moved me up right away. It was originally supposed to be put on in 2-3 weeks and she got my roof put on immediately after it stopped raining. I am so happy I went with them and know I spent my money well. Now every time It rains I am carefree! Thanks Northeast Contractors!!!

I hate writing reviews but in this case it is warranted. Purchased a new construction house in fall of 2017 and in less than a year due to terrible construction, I have over $2500 of damage. Have called multiple times to have roof repaired and yet every single time, the same leak appears in a few weeks. My insurance company has sent multiple people over to inspect the roof and they are appalled that a brand new roof could have so much damage. A worker sente by the company even said that a portion of the roof and balcony were done inappropriately. Odd that there is more than 1 Google page for this company with other home owners that have had the same issues. It's bad enough that the roof was done inappropriately but their customer service is even worse. Now I'm looking at replacing a brand new roof and they are unwilling to accept responsibility. Stay away

I was shopping around to put on a new TPO roof onto my warehouse. The guys from NE came out the same day I called which was a nice surprise as I have dealt with other roofers in the past and they were not as reliable. I got a quote the next day after they came out. Their diligence and professional made me feel comfortable so I went with them. I could not be happier! They met their deadline to me (which was also a pleasant surprise) and the roof looks great. Not to mention the warranty they gave me. I am SUPER HAPPY with NE and I am sure you will be too if you hire them. THANKS GUYS!!!
