I had a written contract with them to fix a leak in the roof. They came out and said they got it all but would come back if it was still leaking. They came out again and said they for sure got it but call again if it kept occurring. It kept leaking so I called back and was told that I needed a bunch of repairs that would cost thousands. I wonder why they told me it was only a small repair just to say I need thousands of repairs after they came back twice. Why not be upfront and identity the problem instead of trying to throw some cheap caulk on the roof. Update: I called a different roofing company and they identified the problem was actually condensation under the roof and I in fact didn’t need a new roof but I only needed a few vents. The other roofing company took the time to look in my attic and on the roof and even said my roof looked in great shape. This makes me further question what roof repair experts was actually trying to sell me and if the repairs they said I needed were even needed at all.

Basically I spent $375 for two guys climbing up the roof with a caulking gun and they didn't inspect the front and side of my roof at all. Would not use again.

John and his team were very helpful. They fixed the leak the same day I called. The guys really knew what they were doing. I was so impressed by roof repair experts and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs roofing repairs. Thank you!

Scheduled an estimate. The day of the estimate they called to say they weren't coming 10 minutes after they were supposed to be there. They called later that day to try to come later in the day and when they realized I needed an estimate first, that I wouldn't be hiring them totally blind they said it would be a few weeks before they could make time for me. Very suspicious. I sure wouldn't trust them.

Roof Repair Experts came to my home to fix a leak on my roof over a year ago. When I talked to John, he knew exactly what the problem was. His guys came to my house that same day. They were very efficient. I haven't had a leak on my roof since I had the repairs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed a new roof or just roof repairs.
