From start to finish this company was very professional. Answered ALL my questions and took time with me in my home to discuss all the options available and then went over the entire process should i choose them to handle my roofing project. Other companies just emailed me an estimate after coming out to evaluate my home. ContracingPro was done in 2 days (due to weather) but took great car of my home during the process. i was always updated throughout the whole thing. Jeremy came by to look at my roof to see if it had the type of shingles that were under a manufacturer’s recall. He inspected it and said the roof looked good and was not the brand under recall. I appreciated his honesty! I have heard of roofing companies being dishonest and telling owners they needed a new roof when that was not the case! Jeremy was polite and respectful and I would highly recommend getting an appraisal from them.

ContractingPro has to be hands down the best roofing contractor in Memphis. If it wasn’t for Jeremy Atkinson I would not have a new roof paid for by my insurance company. Jeremy came out and met the insurance adjusters and made sure I was taken care of and received all I had coming. The new roof was done in one day and I haven’t found as much as a nail after their great cleanup. I could not be happier with ContractingPro from the day we had our consultation all the way until completion. If you need roof work done you should put ContractingPro at the top of your list.
