Edited: We are planning to pursue a lawsuit for damages We got our roof done in Oct. 2016, on Aug. 05, 2017 we noticed water stains on our ceiling in our front room. We called on Aug. 07, 2017 and no one answered the phone, several calls were made and they didn't answer once. Drove to the business on Aug. 17, 2017 and spoke to Jennifer, she said she would send someone to our house on Aug. 19, 2017 - no one ever showed up that day. Called Jennifer on Aug. 21, 2017 and she promised to investigate why no one showed up and call when she had an answer. She never called back. Leading up to today I've gone by the business, no one answered the door, I've also left several phone messages and haven't received any response at all. Today is Aug. 28,2017 when I called the office the machine wasn't accepting anymore calls!!!!!! Will keep everyone posted - and yes, my roof is still leaking! Due to their inability to respond to my roofing problems and upholding their warranty in a timely manner, I was forced to go with another roofer to prevent further damage and fix what JC Roofing wouldn’t. This breach of our agreement has caused my family a lot of stress and monetary costs, and so I am forced to soon pursue a suit against them to recoup the full cost of my roof (as what they gave me was defective in the first place), the cost of hiring another provider to repair the damage, and the cost of the rest of my 10 year warranty that can no longer be used (and which I would not trust if it could be), which I will allocate to another warranty provider for any future roofing needs

BEWARE! The Owner Writes His Own 5 Star Reviews! I went with them because they had 5 star reviews but unfortunately it was a 1 star job they replaced our roof and it was an OK job but for the money they charged I expected top notch quality work! Go with SIERRA ROOFING they did my front door neighbors and I've got to say hands down to them the owner constantly came to check on how the work was coming along and they took their time to take care of every single detail and they are Very Clean not a single spec was left behind! Beware of JC roofing they are Very dirty! They filled up my trashcan with roofing materials and left nails and trash all around my house even my brother got a flat tire. They blocked my garage door for 3 days very inconsiderate with their dump truck without telling me and my car was stuck in there. They give you a date and they just never show up and they don't even call you. They show up whenever they feel like it. I had to hire a babysitter on several occasions since they would not show up when they were supposed to. My baby was not going to be able to nap with all the hammering! You got to be on top of them. Carlos said he would give gift card's for referrals and it's a lie. I contacted Carlos to let him know how disappointed we were and there was no concern no response. They guy could care less.

Had JC Roofing and Remodeling do some work in my garage and fix some electrical work in my kitchen. After calling several places, their prices were definitely the best and they did a great job! They fell outside of the projected completed date, but there were unexpected challenges that they had to overcome. Some of those challenges included the very specific way that I needed them to do their work (particular speaker wiring, etc) as well as previous issues with the home. Overall, would recommend them to a friend and would call them again for any small or large task I would have. Thanks JC Roofing & Crew! _______________________________ Update: we sold this house, but upon inspection found several issues with the electrical work that could have been life threatening. The electrical work was expensive to fix. During the time we owned the home, and after the electrical work, we experienced issues with major appliances that were caused by the electrical work. The other work done seemed to be ok though.
