Elevated roofing replaced my entire roof on may of 2017, I never liked the way they installed my roof once they replaced the roof, there were lots of bumps on my roof, shingles were not laying flat on roof. I called them and let them know about the bumps as my roof was not laying smooth as before. They send few people to fix the bumps and they fix the major bumps and a week after the the shingles were blown away and there was not even major wind. I still have minor bumps on my roof. they told me the roof will lay smooth after a while but it never did. last April some shingles were blown away again and I had to call them and they cam after a week and did some repair not to mention there was not strong wind at all. Of-course until now 3-4 visits all the repairs were done under 5 year warranty. now in may few shingles are blown away again and when I called them they are saying wind was 61 MPH and warranty covers till 60 mph. I am really disappointing to choosing them to replace my roof. Worst installation lots of bumps, shingles be blown away multiple times with in year and half period of time. Not to mentioned they take several months to install gutter. I would never recommend elevated roofing, they don't seem to care about quality work.
