Scott stayed in communication with us and was quick to get back with us to make sure all was well. They also did our neighbors and my sister’s house. This company fixed a leak on our roof near the chimney. The shingles they placed did not lay down well and look sloppily done compared to the surrounding roof. I called to have them come back out, and was told the shingles would lay down with the heat of the summer (a year later it looks the same).They tore up the siding on the chimney, then tried to piece it back together and spot paint it (rather than doing the whole chimney) which looks worse as time goes by. Another large area of our roof was completely worn from ladders and a worker pacing on it for two days. Used this company based on web reviews. With all the roofing companies out there, would urge people to steer clear of Feller Roofing.

My roof had been losing shingles during the past 2 years storm by storm and littering my yard. I had the roof repaired twice then I called Ami at Feller Roofing. She came out looked at my roof and advised me of a fair repair price and when I asked if it would be better to file an insurance claim she promised to come assist the inspector. She did come and was very friendly and knowledgeable. After getting 2 other estimates she gave my Feller's estimate which was a better price than my other estimates for better shingles. After the shingles were delivered it rained days on end. Scott kept me up to date on when the shingles would be installed. Once the rain stopped my roof job was completed promptly by competent roofers who cleaned up daily using magnets to clear the metal nails and scraps from my yard.
