Wade from Town & Country took the time to walk us through the process of replacing our roof, successfully completing the insurance claim, and replacing the gutters and 21 windows. I appreciate the effort Wade made to ensure everything happened correctly. Wade offered to be present during the initial insurance inspection- this was greatly appreciated as we have never made an insurance claim before and didn’t completely understand how to proceed. This is an important personal touch that Wade and Town & Country offer to their customers.

These guys were outstanding to work with. Wade was my sales rep and went above and beyond to help me get my house prepared to sell. The roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape. He came out prior to the insurance adjuster and gave me some good tips on how to work through the whole process. He also came out onsite at the same time as the insurance adjuster and helped her "find" a bunch of stuff that they were going to miss for sure. In other words....he helped me get the most out of my claim and got the gutters added as a result, something the adjuster would have left out had he not been there. Also, he worked around my difficult work/personal life schedule and got my roof replaced very quickly after insurance cut me my check. He even did all the negotiating with the insurance company. Very happy with Wade and T&C!
