put on wrong material on patio roof. I was not home most of the year and called them when i noticed a corner had gotten wet and rotted . their expert came out and said they put on the wrong type of roof for it being as flat as it was. Mastercraft said their warranty was void because i did not call them within 72 hrs of the issue. I called as soon as i saw it and again let me state they put on the wrong type of roof and want me to pay for replacement. I paid $10,000 for my roof from them and now they will not hold up their end without me paying again.
