I live in Frisco, and I have had a tricky roof leak for around 10 years now. I had 3 different contractors work on this over the years, and no one got it right except for Lowery. Steve, Lupe and John worked with my schedule to check things out. They made their initial assessment and gave me a reasonable quote. When they came back out, they tested the roof in a few different spots and zeroed in on the problem. They did exactly what they said they would, and competed the repair in about an hour. We had a big rain a week later and the fix held perfectly. I am so thankful that I found this company! They were the first roofers that didn't try to talk me into a roof replacement or try to bait-and-switch to something more expensive after the quote. Last summer I hired a contractor to re-roof my house due to hail damage. After the completion of the job and the first rain storm, my roof started to leak. I called and e-mailed the contractor several times and he would not answer his phone and would not return my calls. I decided to call Jon Lowry from Lowry General Contractors and he was at my house within hours and fixed my roof the same day. I really appreciate his prompt response and great work. From now on, he will be the person I will call to do any construction work that I need. He is a great guy and he runs a great business. I recommend him 100 percent.

Steven and Jon were very responsive and attentive and my roof is well done. They worked diligently to get the job completed in a timely manner despite a few weather delays. They are continuing to work with my insurance company regarding additional storm damages which had not been recognized by my adjuster. It has been helpful to work with a company that can make all needed repairs.

Lowry Roofing was great. Stayed on schedule and was helpful and accessible throughout the entire process. Owner even gave us his home address so that we could see the color of the stain on his garage doors and fence. Great experience! Great company!

I cannot stay enough about the great service and work from Lowry. We worked with Jon and his team after the hail storm in 2018 and had multiple trades involved. We met with Jon and Steven and went through the repair and the insurance process. They explained everything very clearly and handled all the work and necessary paperwork with the utmost professionalism. They were so easy to deal with. The work they did was amazing and we could not be happier. When Edward from Lowry came back to check on the work at one point, my 5 year old son gave him a big hug when he saw him!
