From Start to finish Fire Fighter roofing was amazing. Jeremy was knowledgeable about the system, ducts, vents, time frames and expectations. We are extremely pleased with the service and communication of this company. I would use and recommend them time and time again.

Have to give a 5 because a 10 was not available. This group of individuals are absolutely AWESOME. I had another roofing contractor show up at my home one day wanting to inspect my roof, which should have been the first warning sign. I went ahead and let him inspect our roof for damage. he found some damage, so we spoke with our insurance company with the other contractor present. A few days later the adjuster came out met with the contractor and looked over the damages. All went well up until the point when we received our paperwork from the insurance company showing what they were going to cover. The contractor called wanting to know the amount from insurance company. I asked the contractor to send me over an estimate and he stated that he would give me an estimate once he seen what the insurance company was paying for. At this point I felt a little strange about that answer, since we own a business of our own, and when a customer ask for an amount to give to the insurance company we give a written estimate and then work out the details once the insurance company comes back with what they will cover. I looked up the other contractor and found that they had nothing but 1 star reviews. I then called FIREFIGHTER ROOFING, I spoke with Philip and told him my situation. That afternoon him and his guys showed up at my home and had me an estimate the next day. I then submitted everything to our insurance company. I was then sent an expectation letter, which I thought was really great and informative. The day of the installation the crew showed up that morning and got to work. They had my roof done by that afternoon and everything was cleaned up and back to normal. I could not be happier with the outcome. FIREFIGHTER ROOFING IS TOP NOTCH and will definitely refer not only to our friends and family but to our customers as well.

They were on time and very helpful. Unlike others I've dealt with in the past, I never got the feeling that they were trying to sell me something that wasn't necessary. The work was done when they said it would be and in a very satisfactory fashion. This is a good group of people.

Amazing company to work with. Phil was very courteous, informative and always on time. He took great care of our roof and gutter replacement due to hail damage. They use a higher quality shingle, instead of the ones you get at the big box stores. So now a have the best looking, longest lasting roof in the neighborhood. Don't hesitate, give them a ring.
