I have been given the run around from this company to come inspect their work. We had our roof replaced by them in 2017. There’s a leak in the roof and has stained our ceiling. I have called them for 2 weeks now. The first week they never responded. I tried the online system chat and everything. Then when I was able to speak to someone and told them our issue, the first thing they said was it could be storm damage. They didn’t even say, let us go see and determine. They are quick to say it’s storm damage. They are slow to respond. I finally spoke to Sarah who tries to be helpful and send the roofers out. First it was Tuesday, then no one shows up. I call back and finally get a call Friday. She says Saturday. Nothing. Then she says Sunday morning this last weekend, they were finally going to come see the roof. Sunday morning they said, and they would call ahead. No one came. I had some people on my front door at 4:35 PM. No call or anything. don’t know who they are but we weren’t home. Do they expect us to wait at home for them? I have all this on my ring camera. They are not customer service friendly and don’t care about you after they have taken your money. I would not recommend using them. Save yourself from headaches, poor workmanship and no call backs or anything. I’m sure I’ll get a call from them soon after posting this. The owners really care about their ratings online. I was able to get someone to call me last time. I don’t want to get into what they do for ratings

We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Flagstone Roofing about a month ago. The process from meeting with Flagstone’s representative, Anthony, the assessment by insurance adjuster, scheduling/completing installation, etc. was very professional and efficient. It would be fantastic if more contractors worked in a manner like Flagstone.
