I highly recommend Heartland Roofing and Construction. They recently replaced our roof and put Hardie lap siding on our entire house. I was impressed from the very first appointment. Jeremy came out and took the time to do a detailed inspection of our house. We had three other companies come out for estimates - Heartland beat every one of them in service and price. As soon as we signed the agreement, we paid half of the amount up front and the crew started work immediately. There was always an open line of communication between us and Jeremy and with the job foreman. They tore the walls completely off 3/4 of our two-story house and stripped the entire roof, but maintained a pristine job site - they never left trash or debris at the end of the day. The painter used by Heartland (Frank) was also amazing! From start to finish our job was done in a little over a week. Jeremy was at the house every day and did inspections after the siding and roof were done and again after the painting was done. He personally addressed every concern we had and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before accepting the final payment. This was a big project for us and I am so pleased with the great value and impeccable service we received from Jeremy and his team and everyone at Heartland.
