DFW Premium Roofing put ours, my neighbor and my parents roof on. They handled all the stressful stuff with the insurance company. The roof was done professionally and the work was excellent. It was way better than the original roof when the house was built. Working with with DFW Premium Roofing was a pleasure. I highy recommend them for all your roofing repairs if you want a high quality roof and a stress free experience. I will definitely be using them going forward. 👍😄
This is zero stars!! Avoid this company!! This company replaced my roof about two years ago. It was a terrible experience. The roof work itself appears to be fine, but the deceptive and coercive billing and sales practices are despicable. The sales representative specifically guaranteed that no money would come out of my pocket and the only amounts billed to me would be what is paid by the insurance company for the roof repairs. He indicated he would handle filing all claims directly with the insurance company to ensure they paid the appropriate amounts. The representative also had full knowledge that I had already completed interior work related to a roof leak in my home that was paid for by me BEFORE I even met him and he expressly stated they would not bill me for any amounts paid by the insurance company related to the interior work. The representative insisted that I give him the actual checks from the insurance company, which I did; however, apparently he screwed up the billing to the insurance company and kept asking me for additional checks. I offered to pay him by check or cash on multiple occasions. He refused all such payments as he wanted the actual checks from the insurance company. I even met him at the bank on one occasion so that I could get the bank to endorse the check before giving it to him. Apparently, he did not trust that I was offering to pay the actual amounts billed for the roof and he wanted the check for the interior repairs which I had paid for before meeting him. Eventually, the owner of the company sent me a letter threatening to put a lien on my house for the additional amount he believed I owed of about $643. Funny, because I had just offered to write a check to the sales rep a few days before to make this go away, yet he continued to insist on an actual check from the insurance company. I, of course, wrote a check to pay the amount they claim I owed in full to be done with this issue. I then called the insurance company to find out what happened. Well, I ended up getting another check for more than the $643 from the insurance company because they agreed the sales rep had not made the claim properly. The insurance company also told me they have had multiple problems with this company in the past. In addition to the above, the representative had promised to make a minor repair to another damaged area of the roof at no additional expense to me. He initially did not complete the repair for quite some time, then did a terrible quick and unattractive repair, before finally doing a half-way acceptable repair. It is still did not the repair he promised to make. In my opinion, this company practices bad faith and deceptive trade practices, then extorts and coerces payment for repairs not completed and promises not kept by threatening to file a lien on the home and including ridiculous additional fees and expenses. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
