I definitely recommend Elite Roofing. This is a reputable company with quality materials and fair pricing. Scott & Justin were there from the beginning of the process to the end answering any questions we had. Their crew worked quickly and efficiently on our very steep roof and finished in record time. Our paperwork was filed promptly with both our Mortgage and Insurance companies. When we had a question to ask the office staff, they were always there to answer. Only one small issue arose after the gutters were put on but was quickly fixed with no problems at all. Both Scott & Justin made sure all work was completed to our satisfaction before closing out the work order. They made the whole process a breeze.

Scott with Elite roofing was quick, attentive, andinformative. His crew was in and out, courteous, and clean. The crew cleaned up extremely well after the roof was done which was done in a timely manner. Elite was great working with our insurance company too. As a realtor he’s done several client’s roofs too. And he’s not just trying to make a buck. If the roof is good, he’ll tell u it’s good and no repairs needed. Wish all service companies worked this way.

They did a good job of fixing all things that were contracted out. However, once an issue arose when it was discovered his crew punctured my gas line in two locations, Scott and his crew have been like a ghost town. No returned calls or emails. My last contact was over a few weeks ago when they requested a photograph of the damage. I have submitted it to them several times using my 2 primary email address but have yet to get any response.
