I initially spoke with Heather and she was absolutely fine to deal with. I then worked with Brandon in the service dept to repair/redo the flashing around my 5 skylights. The shingles on my roof are very similar to Grand Manor but a slightly larger size and very hard to find. Brandon and team went to extreme measures to find the right shingle and get the closest color match possible. The end result is excellent - every employee of CTR was great to deal with and Brandon provided weekly progress updates on weather and supply status. Cost was as estimated. I highly recommend and am in no way affiliated with CTR.

I've used Cross Timbers several times and have always been pleased with them (hence using them multiple times) but felt compelled to share this latest experience. Was driving home and noticed a recent bout of strong winds had blown some flashing off the house where the shingles meet the siding exposing the wood underneath. Their office was closed but I left a message. The next morning I was contacted early about the issue and given a price, Brandon called me to discuss the issue a bit more deeply and had Patrick sent out THAT day. Patrick was incredible. Very nice guy and after knocking the flashing back, did a general look over on my roof and hammered down some nails that had come up. It was a blessing they were able to get to me that same day since its been raining ever since. Great customer service experience front to back and I highly recommend Cross Timbers Roofing for your roofing needs.

The way they dealt with us was not very good we called and asked if they could come on the times we needed them to come they said they could only come certain times and there was a $200 charge to have the roof inspected whether we use them or not did not very impressed me at all could only come when they wanted to come and not when we needed them to come thank you
