I’m very happy with Hertless Brothers. I called literally 9 different roofers two days ago and 3 said they were too busy to fix a leak, one guy said he’d call us yesterday and stop by but we never got a call, and 4 places said they would have an estimator call me and I’ve not yet gotten a call from a single one. When I called Hertless Brothers the lady said they were also very busy and I explained (as I had tried to do with all the others) that I didn’t think it would be a big job as the roof was fairly new. She was actually willing to listen which I can’t say for many of the others. I offered to send her pictures I had of where the leak was likely coming from. She said she would talk to the crew team and see if they could work something in. 30mins later she called and said they’d come by within 2 hours! I’m pretty sure they took time out of their lunch. They were able to fix the leak on their first trip out; apparently I had some tree branches fall and put some holes in the roof. Hertless Brothers was very professional, willing to communicate with me, and also does great work. They were willing to come out for a small job in a timely manner even though it wasn’t a big money job. Well they definitely earned my business when I do need a full roof replacement!

We are very pleased with our experience with Hertless Brothers. They replaced a flat-roof that was improperly installed by another roofer. When Hertless Brothers showed up and started working we realized how unprofessional the other contractor had been. Hertless replaced the roof professionally, promptly and competitively. I recommend using them and will be sure to do so for any of our future roofing needs.
