Called and made an appointment for an estimate and took off of work to be at home when they came. Appointment was for 9 am. When I hadn't heard anything by 10:30 am, I contacted the company. Lamont said he was going to check with his foreman and call me right back. After waiting another hour, I called him back to check on things. He said it was drizzling at 9 when they were supposed to come over and they tried to call, but my number was entered incorrectly in the system, which had since been corrected. Fine. We rescheduled for two days later. I made sure to rush home from work this date to make the appointment and, once again, no show and no call (it has been 5 days). Staff seem very friendly, but unreliable appointments and poor communication is a pretty significant issue. Don't recommend.
