JT and the team at Rufco were great. They were very responsive and constantly kept me updated on the progress. Additionally, they are priced very competitively and would highly recommend to anyone. I will be using them again in the future.

New roof looks great. JT explained everything in detail and made the process very smooth. We signed up for the maintenance program and look forward to seeing JT in the future.

Problem: I paid Mr. Campbell $15,000.00 for a deposit on my roof replacement and never saw him again. He provided me with a quote of $20,700.00 on July 13, 2018. I gave him the deposit on July 20th, 2018 and the check cleared my bank on July 23, 2018. I have yet to see any work done. I have called repeatedly and sent emails to no avail. The owner, Mr. Campbell has lied over and over, promising to do the job but he never shows. I have been trying to get this job completed for close to a year now. I have finally accepted the fact that I have been lying but I hope that my post will help someone else avoid the financial loss and mental anguish that this lair has caused me and my family. I see on HomeAdvisor that Mr. Campbell has pulled this scam on other unsuspecting consumers and it is my opinion that his professional license should be rescinded.

Our roof was old and needed replacing. We shopped around and got several prices. We decided to go with RufCo and boy are we glad! They did a great job and now our home looks fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

Wonderful quality and easy to work with! Was pushed back due to the crazy amount of rain we have had, but would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
