Steve, the Operational Manager at Flood Damage Pros provided us with incredible service! He truly cares and took a great deal of time to educate my husband and I about the process of mold remediation so we could make a truly informed decision before moving forward. Throughout the process, he remained professional and communicated promptly via phone and text, so every question that arose could be answered. It is clear Steve and his company know what customer service means and treat their customers with respect. They do a great job and seem to really enjoy what they do.

Steve is a contractor as well so he was able to complete the whole project that included hardwood floor replacement, drywall, and custom cabinets. He was superb in working with my insurance company to get them to cover the full extent of repairs related to the water damage. Highly reccomended.
