The only bad reviews Ive seen have something to do with both the husband and wife having to be present, which I actually completely understand—its a large purchase, and I want my wife to be present because God knows I wont be able to translate all of the information that the salesman left. It was honestly an incredibly positive experience. We interviewed 3 companies, and NuLook came right in the middle regarding price, but the entire experience was seamless, they kept me posted the entire time throughout the process, cleanup was immaculate, and they wanted to make 100% sure I was completely happy before they left. Absolutely zero complaints.

We have been very impressed with the after sales support from Nu Look some 4 years after the installation of our windows. In our case, a squirrel somehow got into our living room when we were out and had a crazy time trying to chew its way out, mostly gnawing on the lift strips at the bottom of the lower window sashes, which were mostly reduced to small fragments of plastic. Unfortunately, the lift strips are part of the window sash, so there was no real fix other than to replace the entire sash on two windows. This issue was not a defect in manufacturing or installation and it’s a long time since the windows were new, but Nu Look did not hesitate to replace the sashes and quite frankly, our expectations were exceeded. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for a good product and friendly and exceptional service.

He let me know how long it would take, made sure everything was getting set up in a timely manner and gave me a terrific price for the roof! I would and will recommend him to anyone looking to get a new roof and gutters!
