I was very happy with the service they provided. Customer service on the phone and in person was excellent. They also delivered what they promised which was to patch up a leaky roof. They also applied zinc to prevent moss growth after cleaning off the moss. They kept everything clean as well. I will definitely call them again next time

We are very pleased with this company. They did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Did a super job cleaning up after and we will use them again next year.

I called several roofing companies to get bids to fix an issue with the roof that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. One told me it wasn’t worth their time to do small repairs and they only replaced the whole roof. They didn’t even want my contact info. The other said they would only come out and do a bid if my husband was present. It was like a time warp. The last said they maaaay be able to get back to me in a couple of months. FINALLY I got in touch with Northwest Roof. Thank goodness! The office staff was efficient and friendly. She asked me to email over the info from the inspection so the consultant had a clear idea of what to do. I got a bid the next day and the work was done in about a week (maybe less). There was one nail pop on the gutter that was missed, but I called and the tech came right back and took care of it. I wish I’d called them first!

On October 31, 2018 Northwest Roof Maintenance came to my house in Milwaukie, Or. to do a leak repair job. The leak was in the vent going to my kitchen stove. A few nights earlier there had been a strong wind along with the rain which caused water to leak through the vent and come into the cupboard above the stove. We have ceiling heat and we were afraid it could be damaged by the water, along with the cupboard 's damage. The man who did the repair job was very thorough and spent several hours on the repairs. He pulled off the shingles and the underneath padding so he could see where the problem lay. After identifying it, he prepared the surface, installed new underlayment, a new vent and new matching shingles. Then he cleaned up the area completely. So, when a few nights ago I again detected water coming through the venting system, I was surprised as well as upset. I called Northwest Roof and explained the problem. Again they sent help out. This time it was two men who went to work on the problem. What they determined was that the wrong type of vent was used the first time. That was after they tore off all the previous technician's work. They did not have the correct vent with them, so they had to go and purchase one. After installing the proper one they had to put down new underlayment and new shingles again. I realized that this was costing the company a lot of extra money in honoring the two year warranty that was given me when the first repair job was completed. So I telephoned the office manager to talk about giving them some extra consideration for a job well done. He told me that wasn't necessary. But a "kind" review couldn't hurt. So that is what I am doing because the employees and the management deserve ten "stars", though I am not able to show that many. And when my roof needs to be cleaned they will be called upon once again. Thank you for being so professional and honorable.

This spring was so wet that the moss grew at twice the pace of other years! I had a friend recommend NW Roof Maintenance and they came out quickly to give me an estimate and because I am a senior citizen gave me a discount on the total. The price was fair and I hired them. I will recommend them to my friends because they cleaned the roof and all the debris from the roof so I didn't have a mess to clean. Thanks for a great job!
