This guy totally ripped me off. I had a small leak from a covered patio addition. he quoted $300.00 then proceeded to tell me I need to redo the skylights. They never leaked but he sounded like an expert so since he was fixing a leak may as well take care of it before it leaks. His guy came out and spent a day on the skylights but did not touch the original work. I started contacting him after the realizing the leak was still there. He said he would return to fix the repair that was still leaking. After not showing up again I climbed up to take a look and found that they never even touched the leaking area. Still has not returned to do the work. I contacted him again asking that he do the job or send me the money to pay another more reputable contractor. Have never heard back. I guess my next step is through the legal system.

We got our leak on the roof repaired with the guarantee for the entire year. That is why we decided to go with Craig, Bellevue Roofing Co. When next rain came to our surprise the leak was there again at the same spot. We called the Bellevue Roofing to find out that they are not going to repair the same leak for free (even though they guaranteed) because it came from the different spot on the roof! The roof is big and it is probably hard to determine where the problem was, especially for us, the home owners. I am not looking for a free labor; I am just asking to get what we were promised. They failed to keep their promises.
