Kris and Mike are very knowledgeable and helpful. They saved me from a potentially very expensive repair on a house that I had made an offer on. They gave me a detailed estimate on a quick turnaround. I never got the opportunity to hire them because the seller would not cover the cost, but based on my experience they were honest and efficient. Will not hesitate to work with them in the future.

We were experiencing a leak in our garage ceiling, and we were unable to determine where it was coming from. After a call to Mike, we came over, took a look at the problem, and made it go away! Seriously, with his experience, he was able to look in the attic, see where it was coming from, and was able to fix it on that visit. We have not had an issue since. Mike was very professional and thorough in his work. His communication and response was timely. He was very respectful of our property and wanted to make sure the leak was fixed for good. The Badger Company did our roof through an insurance claim. Kris was extremely helpful. We had our roof done. The Badger Company had to come back two different times to fix mistakes. We also had an issue that needed to be addressed immediately, that occurred after our roof was finished. I called the emergency number stated on their business voicemail. It took many attempts calling before we finally got a call back that they were sending someone out. We assumed since Badger Company did our roof they would be the ones coming. This was not the case, they sent a 3rd party contractor out. The gentleman was very pleasant but not prepared. The Badger Company did come out the next day to fix the issue. This company is extremely hard to get in contact with. I brought this up to Amy in the office and she got very rude with me stating she just started in the office because the other lady that used to be in the office got let go, so she wasn’t the one that didn’t get back to me. I made sure to tell Amy I would be writing this in my review she said, you go ahead and do that and then hung up on me.
