Looking at windows, had good information.

Customer service is FANTASTIC and they do not try to upsell. We have old windows but a tight budget. They gave us what we were looking for at a price very comparable to other businesses. They also use the best rated windows - Okna - which makes them actually a bargain. When it came time for installation, they were quick but did a great job. They didn't leave behind any damage or debris. They even kept some of the old windows intact as we asked for a future project. Great company!

Jordan exteriors was awesome for us. They put in 11 windows and we love them. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and great customer service. I had clean the window and took it out wrong. I took it out of the shoe, the owner came over and helped fix it and gave me a mini lesson on how to clean the window properly. They are very easy to clean and I can’t say enough about how great these people are. If you need windows call them .

Had replacement windows for casements and large picture window for two rooms. On time, highest quality windows at a great value, with expert installation and attention to detail. They were courteous of my home and cleaned thoroughly after their work was completed. They are the best and put the customer first!!!

Chris Jordan responded promptly to my request for a quote, was very personable and easy to work with. We did most of our communicating via email and Chris was always quick to get back to me. His partner Dan and the install team were amazing! Super fast, extremely tidy and really pleasant to work with. The whole experience was wonderful and I look forward to having more windows done so I can work with Jordan Exteriors again!
