Terrible. Just horrible. Roofing is suppose to be there specialty? Shingles falling off my new damn roof. They will no come back to rectify the issues. Frustrating to say the least. Never should have gone with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Should have known better by the horrible ratings and reviews left by MANY previous customers but was in a tight spot financially so had to go with the cheapest estimate. Paid them to fix a leaking chimney they claimed would be warrantied for life, 3 weeks later it was leaking again...called, texted, emailed, left voicemails...Lucas is no where to be found.

Lucas and co installed a bathroom vent cap for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it was a very old flat roof which was way past needing a replacement, which I didn't know at the time, and which Lucas couldn't see because it was covered in snow when he quoted and did the job. It leaked during our next thaw maybe a few days later. Lucas replaced the flat roof for a very reasonable price and was able to get it done in record time, working some very late days. Professional and hardworking.

Roof appeared to be a good job until we had a leak. This contractor came to look while we were not home and did not have interest in letting us show him the actual problem. This was already after he no showed on us three times!!! The leak wasn't fixed and when we called him back during the next rain he insisted on billing us to look at our roof that's under warranty because he wants to assume the chimney Cap is to blame without confirming it at all. There is roofing and flashing around the chimney that the contractor should be responsible for and that he admitted not checking while he was here. If you want a roofer that stands by his work and honors their warranty, I suggest looking elsewhere. He never answers the phone when my wife calls and during my last call he hung up on me when I tried to ask him to check the roofing around the chimney.

Took our deposit and never came to do our renovation. Impossible to contact now. What a crooked joke.! STAY AWAY!
