Simple fascia replacement, no more than 6 feet. Waited four and a half months for a 'colour match' and at the end declined to complete the job. We would have gone to another company months prior, but were told repeatedly on follow ups that the work would be completed. Beware.

Similar to another reviewer below, we booked Watershed in the spring for some work on a flat roof. There was an understandable delay in the beginning (which was well explained to us), but we were given alternate, pushed back dates several times, and then eventually all communication stopped. They didn't reply to numerous polite emails, phone calls, voicemails etc. Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in Watershed. The last straw is that we heard from a relative in a nearby town where they were quoting on some new work, and they still hadn't called us back. I suspect they prioritized a number of higher paying jobs after that wind storm in the spring/early summer. By the time we tried to book another company after 6 weeks of radio silence, they were already booking into next spring, and we still have a leaky roof.

Philip and his crew did a great job and on time. He was also very responsive after the sale and addressed every concern I had from the beginning. I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
