We recently decided to put a small addition off our kitchen. We shopped around online for someone willing to do this project in the middle of winter. Luckily we found a company from Brantford by the Company name of Harold and Goetz. Great price, very knowledgeable, very experienced, very professional and very efficient. My wife and I would recommend their services to everyone. They have added a gabled roof addition and room off our kitchen, a project not many companies would not attempt at this time of year. Construction and project manager Andrew Phillip's and crew, have bent over backwards to ensure this project is completed safely, on time and to perfection. Hired this contractor to repair a roof leak at the plumbing vent and to replace some damaged shingles because my old roofer wasn't returning my calls and other roofers were too busy. I was assured by Andrew that this repair would include replacing the vent flashing (boot). It took me many phone calls and many weeks for them to come and do the work, even when they understood that the leak was severe. The workers are supposedly trained and certified, however only the youngest worker seemed that knowledgeable and he was not in charge. I was told by the 'boss' that the flashing they brought was the same as the one that was there so they weren't replacing the old one, but were only going to 'calk' the existing flashing around the vent pipe. I had to shame them into at least using the tar around the base of the flashing and shingles. The youngest worker told my just as they were leaving that the existing boot may have been intended for a larger pipe!
