Thanks to Darren and the team for sorting our problem out linked to a missing tile. From the minute we made contact, we were kept up-to-date and the issue was resolved in a couple of days. Will use again in the future!

Booked an appointment last week for today, they said they’d be at my property between 8-10am and basically didnt show. No call to explain why. Very disappointing...This is extra, since I cannot reply to the response, I explained when I called that my wife would be dropping the kids off at school and to call me if there was an issue, I also gave my email address and neither was used to contact me. My wife returned back from the school at 9:10am. Thanks.
