Since putting on an earlier review I would Now like to update and state that Northern roofing have visited my uncle's house to make good the outstanding works And these have been done to a very good standard I believe there has been a change of personnel at the firm which resulted in earlier delays and problems These now seem rectified Steve promised my uncle a lovely little kitchen and that is what he now has. Along with the earlier building work the job is now looking good Thank u.
A problem caused by others who couldn't be answered was fixed the next day. Wish I had rang them first. Would reccomended
If there were less stars I’d rate them zero. Absolutely unreliable. Visited property, they saw the internal water damage due to roof and said they could fix quickly “next week”. I had to chase for the quote and then they never answered any of my calls which was almost 3 weeks ago. Rubbish and unreliable
Unreliable. I had some work done a few years ago by these people, and had to chase them repeatedly to get the job done. However, they seemed to fix the problem so when something else cropped up in early December I thought I'd give them another go. I left repeated messages which weren't answered, before eventually one morning someone picked up the phone. A guy came round at the appointed time, quoted me £600 and said they could do a temporary repair soon and would put a permanent fix in place after Christmas. I agreed. After that, silence. As before, the phone wasn't answered. Eventually, as before, I got through to someone. Apologies. I'd be sent a quote. Then more silence. I gave up. I've now gone elsewhere. The second company's quote was £360. Avoid, unless you enjoy being left in limbo.
If there was a minus figure I would go for that. Please can the office manager who just put the phone down on me kindly give me a ring back. You have been paid in full by a gentleman who is nearly 90 and have left him for over two months with a hub that is about to fall off the wall, and when I phoned this morning (I too am a senior citizen) was told it was minor. Disgraceful customer service I waited all evening for a phone call from one of the team, I followed this up with an email to Steve the Director. It is now nearly 7 am on the second day of me waiting in my home for someone from this company to afford me the courtesy of an update. You have been paid in full and I would like to speak to someone at this outfit who can tell me truth about what you intend doing for the very large sum of money I paid you several months ago. If you don't want to make the job good do please let me know.
