Would advise to not use Sherriff Builders at all on any engagement. I bought a flat that had been renovated by Sherriff Builders, with a 2 year guarantee. However within a short while of my purchase it was discovered that the boiler was wired completely incorrectly. This then cost me £350 to repair and reinstall correctly. Haven’t been able to contact Ekrem since buying the flat. Have since had further issues, kitchen worktops breaking easily, two separate leaks have occurred, costing me a lot of money on a flat that shouldn’t have any issues as a new build.
