The install of my home's new HVAC system was done about a month ago. The team and Efficient Energy Solutions did a fantastic job through out the whole process. They kept me informed and answered all my questions. I Got a great price combined with fantastic service.

This company installed solar panels on my home. They told me that this system would completely offset my energy usage. It does not. They told me I would be making more energy than I use, and would be selling the excess back to the electric company. They lied. My first true up with SMUD was over $700. They told me that instead of paying an energy bill, I would be paying for my solar panels. I am currently paying a large electric bill, and also paying for the solar panels. They never determined my energy usage, so how could they correctly size my system? They couldn’t, and they didn’t. This company installed a very small system on my home for a very big price. When I questioned the salesman about the small number of panels, I was told that these are the new high efficiency panels and I won’t need as many panels as my neighbors home. This company told me that the tax rebate that I get would cover part of the cost for this system. The amount I received did not even come close to figure they quoted. A $920. difference. I have written two letters to this company, and none of these issues were addressed. They simply sent me copies of the forms I signed, (in good faith). I trusted this company at their word, and nothing they told me was true. I trusted them, you should not. You have been warned, do not trust this company.

They put solar pannels on my house and lowered my bill down to nothing at all . It was the best choice I ever made. Very affordable and put quality pannels on my house.
