This past Friday I was blessed to witness not only hard work and determination but also a true act of kindness. I was at 84 Fleetwood Dr in Fort Valley saying goodbye to my former neighbors family members as they where in the process of trying to remove some cherished personal items from their loved ones home that sadly passed away. They and myself included had a had time removing personal property as well as locating certain items the family wished to have. The man your establishment had sent to allow access into the home, was more then considerate and understanding. He not only insisted that he help in moving everything onto moving truck he made a point to not damage any property even with the lack of man power he was able to get most of everything they was asking to take. As everyone was getting prepared to leave the family realized that their families Bible was never located and I must say Joshua Newman is a true blessing he and the daughter of my former neighbor reentered the home and searched for Bible. After a while we thought it was best to just give up. And as we was all calling it quits Joshua exited the garage and in his hands was their families treasured Bible . I must say he was absolutely what this family needed in their time of mourning. He is a very fine young man and I know that this kind and respectful man must be a great asset to have in your company and will only farther grow the reputation in which Beers Housing has in our area. As Joshua was leaving he made sure that we all was given a Beers Housing card and was told to call if any farther assistance was needed. God bless you Joshua Newman and Beers Housing for having a man such as him representing your company. I will make sure to let my real estate firm know of Beers Housing and the services that the company provides. Thank you again Mr. Joshua Newman for all you have done and the true blessing you was. God Bless you. You're a fine young man with a great future.

I walked in to the Woodstock location on Tuesday 5/30/18 to request a quote for a small siding job. There were only office personnel there at the time so I left the job address, phone number, email and job details including photos. I insisted that I just wanted it complete and a verbal estimate would be fine. I received a call the next day from Adam. He stated that he needs someone to put eyes on the job and asked if Saturday was ok. I stated yes but I need to know about an hour ahead of time as I had to give the homeowner notice. I called later Saturday and Adam said he cancelled all appts. He failed to mention that until I called him. He wanted to reschedule Monday. I said, again, I need about an hour notification prior to arriving. I called Adam Monday morning and left a voicemail for an update. He texted me back stating his guys were running late on a job. I receive a call about a few hours later from a guy that is going to quote and is 5 min away (What happen to the hour notice?). We speak on the phone while he is there on exactly whats needed. He starts asking me what else is needed and proceeds to start a small up-selling pitch for other items needed. I explain that the paperwork says it all and that is all. Adam text me again apologizing for the short notice arrival and that I will have a quote in the morning. I call the following evening and leave a voicemail stating that I have not received a quote. I text him as well. He then replies via text that they are waiting on a material quote and that I will have in the morning. I proceed to left him know that the material is roughly $20 for this job and to stop wasting my time. I receive a text the following more that this job is too small for them and they weren't interested. Their mission: "Our mission is to provide our clients with a customized solution with the highest degree of customer service, professionalism and quality of work to exceed their expectations." To summarize, there was no communication either within their company and/or with their potential customer. Their customer service and scheduling was comparable to Comcast. They would not return phone calls, only text. I cannot speak for their quality of work as we didn't make that far but if it was similar to their other traits, I am satisfied how it worked out. If you do not want to get the runaround, I suggest choosing another company for your construction needs.
