Viking Roofing gets ZERO stars. We have had a very bad experience with them that speaks to their professionalism and ethics as a company. The job we consulted them about, and hired them for, was done improperly and although we emailed them, and even sent pictures of the work, they did not respond with any type of refund or apology. We were charged an exorbitant amount of money for job that was incomplete and done poorly. We had to have it redone by another company after paying them the $1500.00. We honestly thought they would do the RIGHT thing and refund the money with some sort of apology. We received neither. This post forced me to choose one star before I could post, but understand that I wanted to give them NO stars..

We've used Viking for roofing projects twice over the last 40 years and are completely satisfied. Easy to deal with, reliable, and have done quality work both times. We recommend Viking without reservation.
