Very straightforward, honest group with whom to work. With roofers it can be tricky to make sure the job is being done to code and according to manufacturer's specifications. Bella Vista was prompt, neat (it is, by nature, a messy job remember) and did a great job keeping us up to date by showing us photos of what was going on up there - and all for a fair price. You might find somebody to do it for slightly cheaper, but what good is that if the job isn't done right?

Mike and his crew installed a new patio roof for us and did an amazing job. Mike gave us a great estimate and his follow-up and customer service is outstanding. He even hauled away the debris from our old roof. His crew was very hard-working and they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Mike.

I have used Bella Vista General Contractor quite a few times. I have not been disappointed once. They do amazing work. I have gotten my roof done as well as installation of new windows. They are very well rounded in all areas. All projects were done in a timely manner and given great detail as to what exactly will be done.

Great company. The estimate was quick and lower than others I received. The work was completed on time (before it rained again). Pictures were provided when the job was complete. Michael answered questions and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.
