Terrible customer service. Don’t return phone calls. Gave us a quote and then after they did the roof demanded 500 more dollars even though the check was already written out for the quoted price. As for the job—roof looks nice. Giving a one star for dishonesty on price and not calling us back for weeks. One day they just dropped off the shingles unexpectedly with no warning! Then called and said we are coming tomorrow to do the roof. Of course I worked all night third shift the night before and had to try and get sleep that day with all the banging. Overall a horrible experience. My advice to anyone using this company is to get on paper and sign it that the quoted amount is the real price and avoid an unexpected surprise at the end. They got us for an extra $500 and probably laughed at us for getting us. The $7900 dollar check wasn’t enough for them! Disappointed

Terrible customer service. Checked my roof. Needed more measurements but never returned my calls or sent estimate. Pitiful!

Moore's Roofing re-roofed my house and did a great job. The owner is very even keeled and takes great pride in his company.
