I had my entire roof replaced and cost me over $7k which took me almost 2 years to save up. About 4 years later I had some work done on my house by a contractor and found out there was a leak in the valley section of the roof because the flashing wasn't installed correctly. So I called Affordable roofing but found out it it's called All star roofing instead. They claim to know nothing of my roof replacement since they said they are not Affordable Roofing. However, all their phone numbers are the same. The office number and the personal cell number of the sales guy who I directly worked with when I replaced my roof. The sales guy told me it would not have been covered by their initial warranty since it has been 4 years. I would not recommend this company. In my book, if your workmanship was screwed up from the beginning, you should own up to it whether it was discovered the day after or 4 years down the line. Affordable Roofing/All star roofing didn't.

I can honestly say that this company went above and beyond to help my mother take care of her roof. They handled everything from the start. They were able to come out the next day to remove the tree that fell on the roof and place a temporary tarp over the hole, met with our insurance adjuster to make sure they approved all damages, completed the work in one day and even went as far as to subcontract a tree removal service for her. The office girls were very helpful and quick to respond. It was nice to deal with a professional company for a change!

Hired this company in 2014 - had issues that were brought to the owner's attention immediately after the install was complete. Affordable Roofing chose to lie to us instead of addressing their problem and after numerous attempts to contact them in hopes of correcting their faulty installation, we had no choice but to hire another contractor to fix the mess that Affordable Roofing left us with. Go elsewhere !!!!!!

Great company...they did my roof A+++ So good, that I went to work for them 5 years ago.

Absolutely terrible company. Do not do business with them as they will only scam you. I ended up paying triple what I should have for my roof to be replaced and it wasn't even done correctly. I had another company come out to finish the job since I could not get these scam artists to come back. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Cannot believe companies like this are allowed to be in business.
