My wife and I had six bids on our roofing project from three "handyman" companies and three companies specializing in roof construction. We knew as soon as we met Mr. Jim Delude, that Northshore Exteriors was the company for us. Mr. Delude was very thorough in the inspection of our project, He was the only person to even mention the venting system for the roof, climbing into the attic to inspect everything. He found the venting system was not working properly due to the three sections not being separated. The contract was signed and within two weeks work began. The project was started on a Monday morning. By the time I arrived home from work at 3:30 pm, the crew was putting the finishing touches on the project and starting cleanup. Tear down and a finished roof in one day! Mr. Delude showed up the next day and separated the attic sections and fixed the fascia on the back of the house that was damaged during snow removal in the winter. All this and the company came in at the second lowest bid of the group! My wife and I highly recommend Northshore Exteriors to anyone looking for a quality product at a great price.
