Where to start.. how about FANTASTIC. My wife and I own a 1920s style craftsman style home that was in desperate need of a makeover. Andy came by and talked with my wife and I about our options. My wife had a lot of questions and Andy answered them all. Going into great detail with her and explaining everything from window and doors to roofing and siding. The crews where amazing. Rick has them operating with military precision and as a Veteran I appreciate that. Nobody standing around, clean, courteous and most importantly SKILLED. Every crew specializes in one job and they do it extremely well. My wife was very comfortable and in turn that eased my anxiety about such a big job. I highly recommend them.

I just tried to get an estimate for roofing and siding from Mineola Roofing and Siding but Andrew Galgano, "Andy", wouldn't give me a single number without the man of the house present. Probably because my silly female brain can't handle such complicated things. I asked for 3 estimates: new roof, second layer roof, and siding (with the exact siding I had in mind). He said I didn't know what I was talking about, didn't know what I wanted to do, and wouldn't continue the conversation any further without the Mister. He said to make an appointment when my husband was home so we could have a real conversation - since "the husband will be the one paying for it". When you assume you make an ass of you and... not me because he's not getting the job! I handle the finances, my husband doesn't care about roofing or siding, AND I WORK!! Also, I've discussed this with a local Facebook Mom and Dads group and 3 other women said they had the same experience. So, women beware!
