If I could leave zero stars I would. Unfortunately, we decided to use Total Roofing to complete an insurance claim for hail damage last year. From the onset, there was poor communication, delays and wrong information. The crew's cleanup was horrendous and we were finding nails and debris all over our backyard for several days. The gutter company they used came out and installed white gutters, even though we had chosen brown ones, and it was almost a full month before they were able to remedy the situation and install the correct gutters. Added to all of that, our roof then FAILED INSPECTION because it was missing crucial flashing where the garage roof meets the house. This inspection was in May, and Total Roofing never notified us that the roofing inspection had failed and they needed to come out and make repairs for it to pass inspection! It is July now, and it was by a stroke of luck I got on the Pikes Peak Building Department's website and saw the permit for our roof was still open and had failed inspection. WE HAD TO CONTACT THEM about it, and they were clueless about what was going on. When my husband called to ask about the failed inspection, we were told they would contact us to schedule the repairs.This is the kind of shoddy service and work that gets a contractor's license pulled, and rightfully so. When you hire a "professional" you expect them to know what they are doing, and do it correctly. This has certainly not been our experience with Total Roofing. Only use Total Roofing if you want hours of frustration, incompetent work and a complete lack of communication; all to end up 6 months later with a roof that still isn't complete.

Total Roofing came out after we felt we were being ripped off by Divine Roofing attempting to charge us 750 for MINOR repairs and a roof certification. Total Roofing responded extremely quickly, came out and thoroughly inspected outside and inside of our roof and were able to give us a complimentary five year roof inspection. Use these awesome guys if you need a roof certification!

My husband and I left a 1 star review due to many problems that we experienced through Total Roofing towards an uncompleted job. The company sent out their inspector and had to fix a couple things before our roof could pass inspection. The inspector mentioned that he had heard around the office that a negative review had been left about our experience with Total Roofing. He mentioned that he had been asked if we could change our negative review, or at least improve it because of his service. I told him that even though his service was great, the overall service from the company would not change our review. Since then, my husband has been receiving countless e-mails from Total Roofing asking us to change our review or to give a better review. Today, May 1, we received a Thank You card in the mail from the President/CEO of Total Roofing, who has yet to return a phone call. Phone calls have been ignored by him and Adam, the Vice President. Thank you for what? For a horrible experience through Total Roofing? If you would like us to change our review, return a phone call, which should have been done in the first place. Don't speak and use your employees to try and fix a problem that he wasn't involved in.

Never had to file an insurance claim or go through this before. Total Roofing made it as simple as can be. They're professional the guys come out replace my roof clean up after themselves job done thanks good job

UPDATE...... they came by to do my roof as well and actually did a very good job cleaning my yard after quickly finishing the job. I would just say to be more aware of neighbors who are closely spaced when roofing in the future, not just the house you are working on. Thanks for doing a good job on my house.
