I just had an employee from Wilcox Roofing (he lives on Iowa Street) come by my home and drop off an envelope that was delivered to his address but addressed to me (I live on Bijou Street). I just want to say thank you for this gentleman taking the time to personally deliver this envelope, which contained a monthly loan payment, my elderly mother depends upon for support. I did not get the name of this individual but what an amazing act of kindness demonstrating character, honesty, integrity, and compassion for others and what a great ambassodor for Wilcox Roofing. Wilcox did the roof on my detached garage, and I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was fantastic, the pricing was very good, the crew was on time, did a terrific job, were finished in short order, was polite, cleaned up thoroughly, and the quality is top-notch. I would recommend this company without reservation.
