I regret doing business with this company and can not warn people enough! Buyer beware!!!!! The owner response did not tell the full story. I tried not to elaborate, but now feel obligated to warn people. Communication was very difficult. Calls were not returned for weeks. I offered my credit card at one point, but the True Nature sales person declined it. She wanted the contract resigned, stating that it was blurry. The real reason that she wanted it resigned was that they had added $2800 for tearing off one extra layer of felt on a single car garage!!!!! It was not added in the total, but on another line of the original contract. I sent a check, but to an old address provided by the sales person on one of their forms. My realtor received three phone calls threatening the lien as they knew that I was selling the house. The owner of the company told me he could not reach me. The salesperson had written the wrong phone number down. They called and threatened my realtor three times. Each time I called immediately trying to clear this matter up. Talking to the owner and his wife was unbelievable! I had my son listen to one of these calls as they were verbally abusive and threatening quite loudly. In the end, I paid the $2800 as I could not hold up the closing on my house. My signature on the doctored up contract prevents legal procedures, but it was obtained with fraudulent practices. I believe that they did this because I was out of town, unable to have a face to face meeting and they knew about the pending sale. Again I must state BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I must say, this company has blow my expectations away. I was in a dilemma selling my house and was told my 8 year old roof had to be replaced. I couldn't believe it (yes, I know hail in Colorado Springs can do that, but wasn't prepared for it). Requested a second estimate/opinion from True Roofing.They did a free estimate/inspection and told me that the roof has minor cosmetic damage but it is still intact and fine. They did some minor repair work at and then certified my roof for 2 years. I submitted their statement to my buyers and they accepted it. Saved me $7700. They could have tried to make a quick dollar but they were honest and helped me out tremendously. I thank them greatly and will refer anyone to them.

The owner, Dave, failed to make an appointment at my home with our insurance adjuster. When I called him to ask why he'd missed the appt. he was full of excuses.. Even under new ownership this company continues to disappoint in professionalism and punctuality.

David came out today to look at our roof where a vent pipe needed to be patched up and was leaking. Found numerous things that our home inspector missed when we purchased the house, fixing the smaller things free of charge. He even stayed around to look at some of the other issues we were having and provide advice or refer us to local experts through his vast network of professionals. Real stand up guy that didn't rush the job and took pride in his work! 10/10 Will definitely be using his expertise in the future.

I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars. Truly honest, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I was in a serious time crunch. I was not even in the state due to my job. I had to close on my house quickly and I was having issues with my insurance company and my mortgage company. I was really worried about making the closing deadline.....really worried. True Nature Roofing immediately eased my worries. They worked with me, my realtor, the insurance company and mortgage company to get the impossible done. These guys are miracle workers!!!!! From the workers to the management and everyone in between.....this is a truly reputable company. I remember calling Dave like 10 times during the weekend. He answered all my calls!!! You will not get that from any other roofing company. If you need a roofer....use this guys!!! Amended rating: 1 GAZILLION STARS.
