Fantastic work! I had Classic Exteriors replace my front porch this year and they did a phenomenal job. This was not a simple project. They had to remove my old brick and concrete porch (I have a raised entrance to my house) and build new. This included a new, large picture window, steps, railing, etc. They completed the work quickly and left the site clean. The men who did the work were polite and very professional. And the finish work and attention to detail was way above my expectations. As you can tell, I can’t say enough great things about this company. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Overall customer experience was wonderful. They updated us on any delays on the installer arriving. Russell the installer was very professional . He cleaned up after his work. Russell explained the steps of the procedures of his work. We would love to have them do future jobs we have lined up in the future. We bought a mid-century home 2 decades ago: repairs are just part of the package. We just finished our first project with ClassicExteriors, and I was mad after the very first day . . . mad that we hadn’t found ClassicExteriors a loooooooooooong time ago. Had Robert and his team replace trim pieces that rotted on he side of the house. They did a great job, clean and in a timely fashion.

I only wanted to get a ballpark range over the phone of putting in a new door and he said that he will not give me a ballpark range to have to get a quote which I get but I did not want to bring somebody out to my house and waste everybody’s time if I was able to afford the project. He said “what is wrong with you” and hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my return call
