The roof inspection came back as needing a total replacement. Advanced Roofing Technologies proceeded to once again go above and beyond to ensure both buyers (us) and sellers found a way to include the roof cost as part of the final negotiations and closing. The roof itself was beautifully installed and up to code in every way. They did a fabulous job cleaning up the site after the roof installation and getting the job done timely. Professional, courteous and reasonable, I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing. I lost my roof in a recent hail storm. Called Advanced and another company for a estimate. They were on time and provided the best solution to my re-roofing project. Advanced Roofing completed the job on time and cleaned up and left the job perfect!
