I cannot say enough great things about Modern Renovations! From the convenience of scheduling an appointment when I was available, to their flexibility of being part of a huge renovation on my house, every step of this process has been wonderful! Meeting with Jon to review options for the roof, his follow-ups and professionalism made the process easy from start to finish. The crew showed up and completed the roof quickly (in under one day!), cleanly, and it looks amazing. One of the men returned later in the week to remove a smaller section of roofing for me and he was so polite and helpful--such a refreshing change from some people who have worked on my house in the past! I have more projects lined up with this company, and I know they will go just as well as this one did!

Modern Renovations just replaced our roof and we could not be more happy with it. They are a top-notch company who were professional and courteous every step of the way. The work was done punctually and right the first time! It was joy to work with the staff from Sean the owner to Sandra at the front desk to the roofers who did the install.

We have just had a metal roof installed and are so happy with the results. Everything was excellent from the moment we signed to completion of the job. They are very professional and leave the job site clean each day. All the installers were very friendly and personal. Would highly recommend them.

In a world of not so great contractors I have to say Modern Renovations is a breath of fresh air. I badly needed a new roof and these folks were on it. From Jon my sales guy who was so knowledgeable to Sandra in the office who was always a pleasure even though all my questions, to whoever put on a my new roof. The installers in and out in one day and could not even tell they were there except for the new roof. Highly Recommend and an A PLUS ALL THE WAY AROUND.
