Modern Renovations LLC is the company to have your new roof put on your home. From the start with the estimate being done and which John was very knowledgeable about. Went thru all the high quality materials and warranty. When they put the roof on my house and building they did a great job keeping the old material cleaned up. When the job was done and cleaned up it was as if no one was ever there putting my new roofs on. Also the communication between the ladies at the office to when the job is to be done was great.

Roof looks great! Great experience with the whole process. The price was competitive and they used high quality materials, plus back the install with a 15 year warranty. The install was a smooth process. They arrived around 7 and got to work quickly and was done in the afternoon. The crew kept the yard clean and left no trash or nails that I can see.

These guys are unbelievable in every aspect! To be honest I was a bit leery at first. I had a large, complex roof to replace. Some contractors said it was too much for them and wouldn't bid. As a homeowner this made me wonder what I was getting into. Modern Renovation's proposal just sounded too good to be true. As I got to know them I realized that they are exactly as they presented themselves. Courteous, professional, timely, honest and by far the most economical of all of the five companies I requested estimates from. In one case they were 20% lower. At the end of the job they came in UNDER THEIR ESTIMATE. Unbelievable! Look no farther. Get these guys to do your roofing.

Had the same experience as noted in the other 5-star reviews, and the new roof looks great. Estimator was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Installation crew was was totally efficient, hard working, and craftsmen who obviously took pride in their work. They also did a beautiful job on clean-up. Staff at the office were professional, efficient, and friendly. Overall, a very good company.

Professional company and owned by veterans. As veterans ourselves, it was the main thing that attracted us to this company and the results were above expectations. They did a great job putting a new roof on our garage. Top quality work, highly recommend.
