Very true to the quoted price. Work was done quickly, weather got us a few mornings. Workers were very fast and cleaned up everything. I had horses around the barn and never found one nail. I would use them again. Also owner answered all my questions personally. AAA+++

They inspected my roof in May 2014, gave them $7306 in Sept 2014. Waited 2 months no work done, cancelled contract. No refund to date after many excuses from them. Will follow legal advise now. Don't use them.

They are the worst company I have ever worked with. Refused to honor the warranty on the roof, blocked my phone number, and ignored three phone calls from my insurance company. They also lied to the Better Business Bureau and said they had handled my claim and solved all issues. That is a flat out lie. I would not use this company again, ever.

I have been dealing with Bob Parlett since September 2015, to replace t-lock roof on my mother's home. This is an insurance claim, from Nov. 2015 until now Mar. 2016, he cashed the insurance check for $ 2400. and the work has yet to be started. Next week , next week, has now turned into months.Such a poor person to do clients this way..DO YOUR HOMEWORK ! BOB PARLETT SHOULD BE LOCKED UP!!!!! Do not use this company.. He will not return your calls,text messages, now he is dodging me..Good luck Bob !

They did not honor the warranty claim on the roof they installed and then they told the Better Business Bureau that they did. Avoid this company, there are hundreds of roofers in town besides them.
