People deserve to know what contractors are bad news . just tell the truth . so here we go, if you got hit with the recent hail storms, don't go with Tri-Lakes roofing . they sub there work out then they don't pay there subs . it's not just me it's others as well. I have bin doing gutters in Colorado Springs since I was 11 . I know everyone and all contractors . this guy Jeff is bad news . he won't re-turn my phone calls he want re-turn my emails . he owes me a lot of money! It's bin 6 months and no communication . I have filed intent to liens and now filed a lawsuit . don't use Tri-lakes unless you want a lien filed on your house . I am going to go on every forum you guys adveratise on and say the sane thing . See you in court Jeff . I gave you such a great deal on 3-4 story high apartments, up in Parker and 3×4 steel coast a lot . you took miney out of my families mouth, my kids mouth, and almost made me loose my house ... IV worked with just about every contractor in this town and never not bin paid . you're the first . but I will get my money . I even tried to cut the almost 13,000 down to 9,000 and still no re-ply . now you use Derick with JB Masters for your gutter work . guess what, I started that company with my buddy Bob . Joe and Bob -JB Masters put it together . Customers need to know what you did and they will . Pay your contractors or at least call to discuss . STAY AWAY FROM TRI-LAKES!

They don't call you back can't get them to come out they don't even answer the phone saying the company's name
